This notice describes the general Token Education website and inquiry form. It does not describe the data practices of TokenHQ, TokenSignal, or a separately scoped consulting engagement.

Information in an inquiry

The form requests your name, email, organization type, interest area, and a general description of the problem. Organization and role are optional. This information supports a conversation about your inquiry and potential project scope.

Please keep sensitive records out of this form. Do not submit student-identifying information, IEPs, medical records, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive records. There is no file-upload field.

Where the form sends information

Submitting an inquiry sends the entered fields to Formspree, our existing form-handling provider, for delivery to Token. Formspree processes submissions through its service. See Formspree's privacy policy for its practices.

The website does not store form entries in your browser's local storage or automatically transfer inquiries or records to any separate law firm, including any future Orozco Immigration practice. Token Education and any such law firm are separate businesses.

Other website connections

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Requests to font and website hosting providers include connection information such as your IP address. External product links take you to separate sites with their own data practices.

Questions before sharing

If your project involves sensitive records, use the general form only to request a conversation about appropriate handling. Do not attach or paste the records. Ask about access, storage, and retention arrangements before sharing project data.

For a question about an earlier inquiry or to request correction or deletion, contact Token through the general inquiry form, using basic contact information only.

Consulting and advocacy

Token Education provides education consulting, educational technology, educational products, and nonlegal educational support. Token Education is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, legal form preparation, case analysis, eligibility determinations, or individualized immigration assistance. Use of this website or communication with Token Education does not create an attorney-client relationship.
